Una sofisticata rete telematica, corredata da un software appositamente predisposto, permette la gestione in tempo reale delle scorte di materie prime, semilavorati e prodotti finiti consentendo quindi la massima efficienza nella programmazione della produzione, nell’assistenza commerciale e amministrativa al cliente. I nostri uffici, in particolare quello commerciale, dispongono di personale accuratamente selezionato in grado di soddisfare le esigenze tecnico-commerciali di ogni cliente grazie anche alla buona padronanza di tre lingue estere (inglese, francese e tedesco). Il laboratorio controllo qualità tiene conto delle crescenti esigenze in fatto di qualità: è per questo che è necessario un costante controllo qualitativo sia in fase di produzione che finale. Per poter garantire l’alta qualità ai nostri clienti, i nostri controlli in questo senso vengono continuamente ampliati. I test vengono condotti secondo accordi con i nostri clienti e standard con AQL.

A sophisticated telematic network, provided with suitably fitted software, makes it possible to manage the stocks of raw materials, unfinished and finished products in real time, thus allowing to obtain the highest efficiency in the production planning and the after-sales service. Our offices, in particular the sales one, avail themselves of a staff accurately selected and, therefore, able to meet the technical-commercial requirements of all customers, thanks also to the good command of three foreign languages (English, French and German). The quality control laboratory takes into consideration the increasing needs in relation to quality: this is the reason why a steady quality control is necessary in course of production as well as in the final phase. In order to guarantee our customers high quality levels, the controls we carry out in this direction are more and more accurate. They are implemented according to the customer’s requirements and in compliance with AQL.

Ein modernes Computernetz mit einer speziellen Software, extra für unsere Anforderungen erstellt , erlaubt es uns zu jeder Zeit den aktuellen Stand unseres Rohstoff- und Halbzeuglagers sowie den Fertigungszustand der Fertigteile abzurufen. Somit kann optimal die Fertigung gesteuert werden und dient gleichzeitig zur Unterstützung für die kaufmännische Abwicklung mit unseren Kunden . Unser Büro und insbesondere unser Verkauf verfügt über ausgesuchtes Fachpersonal mit ausgezeichneten Fremdsprachekenntnissen ( fließend deutsch , französisch und englisch ), um den technischen Anforderungen unserer internationalen Kunden gerecht zu werden. Unsere Qualitätssicherung bemüht sich die stetig steigenden Anforderungen unserer Kunden zu erfüllen. Während der Produktion und bei der Endabnahme werden unsere Produkte nach einem festen Prüfplan und nach AQL kontrolliert.
